All orders generally take 1-5 business days to process before shipping.  You will receive an email with tracking once the order is packaged, labeled, and ready to be picked up by the mail courier.

FREE! We’ve worked hard to make sure shipping is free for orders shipping in the US. There’s a flat fee of $10 for international shipping.

In the event your item was marked as delivered by the carrier and has not arrived, we kindly ask if you can reach out to your carrier with the tracking information. There may be a chance your item may have prematurely been scanned and marked as delivered. In the event this happens your item may be delivered a day or two after the fact. Should you not receive your item by then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please contact us at support@threadinjection.com and we’ll confirm that your purchase went through. If you signed up for an account you can check your order status there as well.

Yes, we to try issue tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been processed, labeled, and ready for carrier pickup.

Thread Injection is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.

If you received your order and it’s missing items don’t worry, we ship out some items from different fulfillment centers. If you think you are missing items still send us an email! support@threadinjection.com

Shipments destined outside the United States may require additional duties or import taxes to be paid on delivery. The customer is responsible for the payment of all such fees. We cannot mark shipments “Gift” on customs forms, nor can we adjust the value of the items in the shipments. Unfortunately it is very difficult or impossible for us to estimate the duties and taxes your country may charge you. If you have any questions, please contact your local officials. International shipments do not have a guaranteed delivery time. The standard shipping service may take anywhere from one to several weeks and does not have location tracking.
